PL - Aftersales Training Specialist – BYD EUROPE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to drive the learning and performance culture across our service network in Poland. This role will build the competencies of our service shops teams, ensuring a consistent brand experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules covering company policy, cross-cultural communication, product knowledge, processes, leadership, etc.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives.
- Establish a comprehensive internal and external training system to foster a culture of learning and development.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
