- Implementing and supporting the implementation of complex PKI environments
- Maintaining and developing client relationships by applying your knowledge and skills in process development and business solution implementation
- Troubleshooting all aspects of PKI solutions within the customer relationship
- Liaising with sales to support further business development
Your competences:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher technical education, minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Successful track record of managing client relationships in the implementation of business process, identity and access management solutions, including: requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation and business migration, alignment of solutions with business requirements and usage scenarios and architectural scenarios, implementation and support of complex PKI environments
- Effective identification of customer PKI needs, flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to carry out quantitative and qualitative data analyses
- Ability to work in a team, pro-active approach to finding solutions, creativity and taking initiative
- Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to prioritise in a dynamic working environment
