Overview
CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PIMO Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving strategic alignment, performance improvement, and operational excellence for our key client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver tangible results.
What You Will Do
- Develop and Execute Account Strategy: Partner with leaders to create, track, and achieve the annual strategic agenda, including setting goals and targets.
- Drive Performance Improvement: Implement ROI-driven processes for continuous improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices.
- Lead Program Implementation: Manage and support Glidepath, Cost Save, and other key programs, including technology platform improvements.
- Foster Communication and Training: Develop and implement effective communication and training programs to support initiatives, ensuring global consistency.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Develop, track, and report on Critical and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular performance views.
- Manage Financial Reporting: Collaborate with finance to prepare and submit year-end CPI/KPI documents and manage incentive fees.
- Ensure Compliance and Governance: Oversee adherence to the governance structure, contractual requirements, and operational compliance.
- Facilitate Internal and External Communication: Formalize and manage internal and external communications, including reports, newsletters, and client updates.
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Manage account policies, procedures, playbooks, and controls, ensuring updates and compliance.
- Support Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder mapping, training, and cultural understanding within the account team.
What You Will Need
- Bachelors degree from a college or university.
- A minimum of five years of related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management. This includes experience in business integration within the commercial real estate industry.
- Fluent English (written and verbal). Knowledge of German or French will be an asset.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills to comprehend, analyze, and interpret highly complex business and financial data to develop innovative solutions. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Ability to develop reports, manuals, speeches, and presentations using a distinctive style on complex topics for employees, clients, and senior leadership.
- Strong relationship-building skills to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior leadership, and client groups to take desired action. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Strong working knowledge of process analysis, standardization, improvement, and redesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
