Identify and support initiatives aimed at improving processes, including process mapping and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product information accuracy and availability.
Prepare and execute testing scripts (unit, end-to-end, and regression testing) to ensure the system’s functionality.
Create and deliver training materials for key users, offering training in various formats (online, remote, or in-person).
Assist with new data migration into the PIM system, including the preparation of mapping files and ensuring data quality.
Provide guidance and technical support to end users, including helpdesk issue resolution and offering additional training as needed.
Maintain Central Eastern Europe (CEE) PIM template documentation.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives.
Work with IS systems suppliers to manage and support changes within the responsible systems.
Test and support the release of changes developed by IS systems suppliers.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of IS systems and their business applications.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.

Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
