PIM Data Steward (Senior)

Your responsibilities

• Maintain product data by accurately entering information into the Product Information Management (PIM) system, e.g. enrichment data, classifying products and setting publication triggers
• Support data governance through execution and analysis of system reports
• Assist during project rollouts by correcting / adding data throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
• Participate in process development and documentation to support continuous improvement

Our requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• 1+ year experience in a PIM system, preferably in Informatica PIM
• Comfortable working within a well-defined and repetitive scope of responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and solve problems independently
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines in a multicultural environment
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in informatics or business is an advantage but not mandatory
