Job description

Our company is seeking an experienced Physical Design engineer for our client, a leader in designing radar systems for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a talented team in a startup-like environment. The Physical Design engineer will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to final solution, collaborating closely with design teams and architects.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the entire design process from RTL to GDS stage.
• Explore floorplanning and collaborate with front-end and architecture teams.
• Handle Place & Route: from synthesis to final layout.
• Manage key information/constraints for synthesis, P&R, signoff, and Static Timing Analysis (STA).

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in the hardware design process from RTL to GDS stage.
• Willingness to work from an office in Krakow, Poland.
• Knowledge of DDR and PCIe interfaces.
• Ability to work with 5nm node chips.
• Knowledge of Perl, Python, or TCL is an advantage.
• Residency in Poland is required.
