responsibilities :
Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that utilize PHP as the server-side scripting language. This role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure the applications are scalable and maintainable over time. The developer works closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless communication between the front end and back end.
Regularly conducting code reviews is another essential aspect of the role, as it helps ensure code quality and adherence to best practices within the team.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the development process or in deployed applications. This involves regularly monitoring application performance and optimizing code for efficiency and speed.
requirements-expected :
Experience with legacy PHP (~7)
MySQL without ORM (ability to write raw SQL)
Knowledge of Symfony v4 and above
Proficiency in Linux, Bash, and SSH
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to write self-documenting code
Experience implementing external APIs from scratch, adhering to the idempotency principle
