We are hiring for multiple teams and roles, so if you are interested in finding out more about the structure please check out this.

The teams that we will be hiring PHP Developers for are:

1. Payments: This team is developing a SaaS payment platform for our customers, aiming to make payments easier, more flexible, and secure. We have two monoliths (marketplace and SaaS) with plans to evolve to microservices, utilizing PHP, Symfony, GraphQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, .Net, Microsoft SQL Server on the backend, and Vue.js and Typescript on the frontend.
2. Communications team: Responsible for all communication between patients and clinics, including notifications (email, SMS, push notifications) and real-time communication like chat. You will collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to ensure the best customer experience.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

• More than 3 years of experience working on web applications.
• Proficiency in PHP and Symfony.
• A constant desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
• Responsibility, ownership, and a focus on results.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.
• Great team player.
• Experience with tools such as Git, ELK Stack, DataDog, MySQL, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Practical experience in designing backend architecture and APIs.
• Experience in an Agile, high-autonomy environment.
• Understanding of product management and user needs.
• Ability to communicate in English – both spoken and written - min. B2 level.

It’s a bonus if:

• You have experience building APIs that process millions of requests.
• You have experience with security, authentication flows, and authorization.
• You have experience working with Docker.
• You have experience in a DevOps culture.

A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad to accommodate all levels of experience, and we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company. Your salary will always be 100% transparent.

For B2B contract: between 15,000 and 20,000 PLN net monthly or company cost equivalent on an employment contract after 6 months of working with us.
