Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

1. Have more than 3 years of experience working on web applications.
2. You work with PHP and Symfony.
3. You are a person who has a constant desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
4. You take responsibility and ownership, focusing on results.
5. You ask questions and are driven by curiosity.
6. You are a great team player.
7. You work with tools such as Git, ELK Stack, DataDog, MySQL, and GitHub Actions.
8. You work with Amazon Web Services.
9. You have practical experience designing backend architecture and APIs.
10. You are used to working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment.
11. You care about product management and understanding user needs.
12. You can communicate in English both spoken and written - min. B2 level.

Its a bonus if:

1. You have experience building APIs processing millions of requests.
2. You have experience around security, authentication flows, and authorization.
3. You have experience working with Docker.
4. You have experience working in DevOps Culture.

A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company. Your salary will be, now and always, % transparent to you.

For B2B contract: between 15 and 20 pln net monthly or company cost equivalent on employment contract.
