Pharmacy Channel e-Commerce Account Manager

About the Role

This role sits within the Local Operating Company, reporting to a Sales Director for Poland.

The Pharmacy Channel e-Commerce Account Manager plays a key role in partnering with key e-pharmacies in Poland and Omni retailers to drive e-Commerce sales and lead e-commerce processes in Poland (Digital Shelf stores checks, reporting, eJoint Business Planning). In this role, you will strongly support Omni KAMs on eCommerce sales plan implementation, activations development and execution, negotiation process, owning the eCommerce part of each Omnichannel Retailer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Designing solutions for maximizing sales conversion of digital on-platform activations.
  • Creation of dedicated e-commerce sales and activations plans considering product and channel specifics and market analysis.
  • Explores and recommends new tools and opportunities that will drive Haleon brand awareness, visibility, and consideration metrics (e.g., Retail Media, online brand building tools) in the eCommerce channel.
  • Partner with marketing and customer marketing teams.
  • Implement trainings that will drive Digital Commerce capabilities in Poland, especially across OTC sales team (in cooperation with the Cluster Digital Commerce Lead).
  • Designs and leads implementation of a comprehensive e-commerce data collection platform to analyze sales data and adjust actions taken.
  • Implement localized CEE Digital Commerce strategy developed by the Cluster Digital Commerce Lead and align on key objectives and projects.
  • Setting up cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Directors, Channel Managers, Cluster Managers, Marketing & other commercial teams) to execute and win in the digital commerce field.

  • Academic degree.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading eCommerce sales in Poland.
  • Proven experience of e-commerce customer accounting, preferably e-Pharmacies, Omni retailers, or top Poland consumer health, FMCG, health & wellbeing customers or closely related.
  • Background in digital, sales, marketing, analytics, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of multiple e-commerce channels (e-pharmacy customers, e-retailers, Marketplaces, Qcommerce, and Pure Players), their role, current e-commerce trends, and shopper behaviors.
  • Expertise in developing eCommerce capabilities.
  • Strong experience in negotiations and leading client agendas.
  • Strong experience in leading strategic processes and alignment, ensuring execution follows strategic alignment.
