For our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking individuals for the position of Pharmacovigilance and MedInfo Associate/Assistant.

Workplace location: Warsaw Włochy.

Oczekujemy

• higher degree in natural sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, nutrition, dietetics)
• excellent oral and written communication,
• professional English knowledge (written and oral), knowledge of medical terminology,
• high level end-user computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and database management,
• high degree of accuracy with attention to detail,
• good organizational and prioritization skills, keeping required timelines,
• cooperative team member player, good interpersonal skills,

Additional preferences:

• previous experience in pharmacovigilance area is highly appreciated,
• end user knowledge of medical databases (e.g. Medline) would be an asset,
• Familiar with pharma company environment.

Zadania

Local Pharmacovigliance activities:

• collection and management of adverse events (AE) concerning company marketedproducts received from HCPs/public,
• booking received AE cases to company Safety database (in Eng),
• performing follow up attempts,
• expedited and periodic reporting of safety reports to regulatory authorities,
• filing and storing of PhV documentation,
• PhV back- up role.

Medical Information service (MedInfo):

• responding to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from HCPs and other customers concerning company products and therapeutic areas using databases and internal resources,
• person works closely with Medical Information & Pharmacovigilance Manager, Poland and after accreditation/ appropriate onboarding training serves as PhV Back-Up during an absence of the Pharmacovigilance Manager (to cover daily routine PhV activities),
• PL team also covers Ukraine and MedInfo service for Baltic countries.
