Pharma Market Sales Representative

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland

Salary: €650.00-€1,150.00

Responsibilities

  • Co‑developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
  • Leading sales and pre‑sales efforts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Managing market research projects and overseeing pharmacovigilance activities
  • Conducting internal training for project‑related employees
  • Exploring and identifying new pharma products and market trends

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role within a pharma company
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly in drug consumption and clinical research
  • Strong communication skills and a well‑established network within the pharma industry
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to articulate project plans, progress, and results effectively
  • A problem‑solving mindset with business, management, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in agile work environments, familiar with tools like JIRA or Trello, and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to excel in a virtual, multinational work environment, managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to delivering top‑quality results
