Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
Salary: €650.00-€1,150.00
Responsibilities
- Co‑developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
- Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
- Leading sales and pre‑sales efforts
- Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing market research projects and overseeing pharmacovigilance activities
- Conducting internal training for project‑related employees
- Exploring and identifying new pharma products and market trends
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role within a pharma company
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly in drug consumption and clinical research
- Strong communication skills and a well‑established network within the pharma industry
- Proficiency in English with the ability to articulate project plans, progress, and results effectively
- A problem‑solving mindset with business, management, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
- Experience in agile work environments, familiar with tools like JIRA or Trello, and strong Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to excel in a virtual, multinational work environment, managing multiple priorities
- A proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to delivering top‑quality results
