Responsibilities
- Managing and updating personnel data (PA) such as employment, contract type, job changes, etc. relating to employees on the payroll Cluster Belgium working in transversal departments.
- Maintaining the organisational structure (OM) of transversal departments with a local anchorage: allocation of functions, reporting lines, cost centers, etc.
- Processing requests via HR Renewal or SAP backend with a focus on transversal departments.
- Clarify errors arising from the interface of local and transversal programmes and look for a sustainable solution to avoid these errors in the future.
- Collaborate with the Data Quality Centre and HR Shared Services for quality control.
- Supporting users with questions about processes or system usage.
- Actively contribute to the optimization of HR processes and data quality.
Requirements
- You have experience with HR administration and/or organisational management.
- You have knowledge of SAP HR.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You work accurately, discreetly and customer‑oriented.
- You have analytical thinking skills.
- Interested in digitisation and optimising HR processes.
