Responsibilities:
  • Calendar coordination
  • Site tasks – room booking, tower equipment
  • Reception Tasks
  • Carrying out travel planning and expense reporting
  • Carrying out the reimbursement of expenses
  • Purchasers & Authorized Orders
  • Support with document preparation, e.g. departmental appointments, townhall
  • Support in the preparation and organization of town halls
  • Support of internal company communication
  • Invoice Verification & Approval


Requirements:
  • German - B2
  • English - B2
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Office Administrator / Assistant / Receptionist / in HR / in Administration
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • Good communication skills


Nice to know/have:
  • Polish
  • University degree in the area of Administration or similar
  • Experience in invoice management
