We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Management Board who will join our client – a global company from the real estate area.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director and Head of Finance’s diary commitments, travel arrangements, and key meeting preparations.
- Understand the key company’s Board and Committee contacts, timetables, and processes for the team, and contribute to meeting deliverables.
- Coordinate important arrangements, including cross-team meetings.
- Accurately process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices in accordance with the company’s policies.
- Assist with creating presentations, reports and proofreading documents.
- Support project planning and related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and payroll team by providing admin support.
- Supervise one direct report.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar position.
- Developed organisational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Discretion, tact, diplomacy, and integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Highly computer-literate with proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with confidence at all levels.
- The ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects, sometimes with little or no guidance.
- Good level of English language.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in working within a dynamic environment and in Real Estate would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in people management.
