A well-known, global company is looking for a Personal Assistant. The CEO is a visionary leader who values efficiency, discretion, and top-notch support. We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to manage the CEO’s private calendar and provide dedicated support.

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for managing and coordinating the CEO’s private schedule. This includes handling personal appointments, coordinating family events, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day personal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update the CEO’s private calendar, scheduling personal appointments, family events, and other private engagements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage all personal travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all personal matters, handling correspondence and communications with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Errands and Tasks: Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other tasks as needed to support the CEO’s daily life.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate private events, including family gatherings, social functions, and other personal engagements.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various service providers, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to accommodate the CEO’s dynamic schedule and unusual working hours.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
