Responsibilities 



  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar (meetings, business trips, events). 
  • Handle email and phone correspondence in English, including drafting responses and prioritizing tasks. 
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and short reports for the CEO. 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including organizing files and databases. 
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Organize business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport). 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up notes. 
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives. 


Requirements 



  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (min. B2/C1 level). 
  • Previous experience in an assistant or administrative support role. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. 
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools. 
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
