Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar (meetings, business trips, events).
- Handle email and phone correspondence in English, including drafting responses and prioritizing tasks.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and short reports for the CEO.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including organizing files and databases.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport).
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up notes.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (min. B2/C1 level).
- Previous experience in an assistant or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
