We are looking for a Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, a solid technical foundation, and an analytical mindset.
Your tasks
- Creating innovative next‑generation performance tests
- Planning and implementing tests
- Building a performance testing environment
- Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner
- Collecting results using APM tools
- Building automated analysis mechanisms
- Conducting full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, performance testing tools, and automated analysis
- Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
- Proposing performance indicators
- Performing root‑cause analysis of performance problems
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, with at least 1 year of performance testing
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C#
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Understanding of SOA, API technology, and JSON structure
- Linux and Windows performance tuning experience
- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Ability to design and implement efficient tests
- Solid understanding of performance testing methodology and tools
- Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
