Overview
We are looking for a Performance Tester to join the largest Testing Services Center in Poland. The role focuses on creating next‑generation performance tests, planning and implementing test environments, and conducting root‑cause analysis to ensure software efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building performance test environments and scripts using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, LoadRunner, Locust, and LoadRunner.
- Planning and implementing performance tests and automated analysis mechanisms.
- Collecting and analyzing results with APM tools and proposing performance indicators.
- Automating performance testing processes using CI/CD tools and performance testing tools.
- Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Performing root cause analysis of performance problems and driving performance improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, with at least 1 year of performance testing experience.
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Understanding of SOA, API technology, and JSON structure.
- Experience with Linux and Windows performance tuning.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Ability to design and implement efficient tests and a solid understanding of performance testing methodology and tools.
- Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation.
