Job Description

• Establish and manage performance testing processes within the organization.
• Implement performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Develop and oversee the execution of performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure the adoption of performance testing processes.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare and present performance test reports to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of performance test engineers.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in performance testing and management.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, K6).
• Experience with Java, .NET, Python, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Experience in optimizing application performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (like ISTQB Performance Tester).
• University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• English min B2.
