Your responsibilities:
- You will own and maintain Performance Test baselines for all application stacks and report on deviations on a release-by-release basis.
- You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to create performance test strategies including approach, tooling based on clearly defined non-functional requirements.
- You will assume the planning and execution of performance test cycles, working with delivery and technical teams to identify improvements that will ensure applications meet performance requirements.
- You will guide a performance test team by managing their work on a day-to-day basis always keeping stakeholders and technical teams up to date on progress.
- You will be able to implement and maintain performance testing platforms/frameworks.
We want you to have:
- Understanding of the application & architecture in detail to establish baselines/benchmark metrics of the mixed OnPrem and Cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently and be self supportive.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to query logs, diagnose and correct issues with infrastructure and config.
- Extensive practical experience with JMETER, C# and Java.
- Previous AWS experience (EC2 / RDS / S3 / IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience on API Testing (REST/SOAP via Postman and SoapUI).
