Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Performance AQA Engineer to join the Crystal team.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering non-functional requirements for performance testing.
• Building a repository of historical performance runs to plot trends over time, taking into account business needs.
• Developing, performing, debugging, and maintaining performance tests.
• Analyzing obtained results.
• Preparing reports with potential problem identifications and giving recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct performance testing as part of the SDLC.
• Integrating performance testing as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Maintaining and improving existing functional automated tests.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as AQA.
• 3+ years of experience in the performance testing area.
• Practical understanding of RPS, throughput, latency, memory, and CPU utilization.
• Experience in REST architecture testing.
• Practical experience or understanding of blockchain technology would be a plus.
• Proficiency in English.

Would be a plus:

• Python and Java programming skills.
• AWS (ECS/EKS/S3).
• JMeter, Locust, or any other load testing framework.
• APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
• Kibana/Grafana.
• CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• SQL.
