Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid/Senior) (B2B SaaS, SMB) – Poland or EU-based, flexible, part-time (approx. 1/4–1/2 FTE).

Livespace helps SMB sales teams achieve predictable growth through a process-oriented SaaS CRM. We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing team. You’ll work with the Demand Generation Lead to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive leads and growth for our product. This role focuses on managing Google Ads campaigns across the Polish and Romanian markets, with a structure that includes Search campaigns, PMAX, and Demand Gen campaigns, optimized for MQLs.

We’re seeking someone who tests new ideas and implements out-of-the-box marketing tactics rather than copying what others do.

Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for the Polish and Romanian markets, focused on lead generation and awareness for our CRM product.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Lead on campaign strategy, ideation, testing (A/B), and funnel optimization.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate creative assets with marketing and content teams to ensure high-quality ad materials and landing pages.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.

KPIs

  • Number of MQLs generated from outbound prospecting
  • Conversion rate from MQL → SAL
  • Sequence effectiveness (reply & booking rate)
  • CRM hygiene: completeness and accuracy of data

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or lead generation environments.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads — hands-on experience required; Bing Ads is a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Bonus points for Metabase, Customer.io or Livespace familiarity.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing improvements.
  • Self-driven and organized—able to manage workload independently in a remote, part-time setup.
  • Language skills: fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken). Romanian not needed.
