Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and data-drivenPerformance Marketing Specialistto join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to drive measurable growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility. This is a hands‑on role requiring a balance of analytical mindset, creativity, and execution skills.

How we work and what you get

This is afull‑time position in a hybrid work model. Our main HQ is in Warsaw. If you’re based in Warsaw, you can work hybrid (2x/week in the office) or fully from the office. If you’re based elsewhere, you may choose to work fully remotely, with the possibility of office visits (we also have a location in Poznań).

We offer two types of contracts: B2B (preferred) or UoP. On top of the standard salary and benefits, you will have access to private healthcare and a Multisport card.
