- Manage and optimize existing performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Native Advertising.
- Develop and test new marketing channels to expand audience reach and acquisition efficiency.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for website optimization and campaign performance improvements.
- Analyze customer conversion funnels and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights for the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, tools, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
