Together We Will:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Instagram;
• Utilize third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate marketing to increase traffic and boost conversion rates;
• Optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROI, utilizing data to make informed decisions;
• Explore new tools and platforms to continually refine our marketing strategy;
• Create detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team to continuously improve strategies.

What You Will Need:

• Fluent English;
• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience;
• Expertise across all key platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram) and knowledge of third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate networks;
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing campaigns to maximize results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Would Be a Plus:

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently manage campaign workflows;
• Prior experience increasing traffic through diverse channels and tools;
• A solid understanding of the fashion industry’s marketing landscape and trends;
• Ability to visit the office in Poland (Warsaw) several times a week.
