For a global advertising agency, we are currently seeking a candidate with experience in performance marketing and campaign planning and purchasing. If you are interested, please send your CV for the PERFORMANCE MANAGER position.

Requirements

• Building and maintaining partnerships and trust with clients
• Experience in the advertising agency, client-side, or tech industry (minimum 4-5 years) in a similar role
• Experience in performance marketing, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AB testing, personalization, CRO etc.
• Proven ability in social media channel planning and analysis skills
• Proven ability to analyze analytics data pre/post campaigns, create pitch documentation & cost estimates
• Experience in the position of Performance Marketing Manager or a similar role
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results of marketing campaigns
• Good knowledge of strategies and trends in performance marketing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating funds to various advertising channels, such as paid social media ads
• Planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
• Analyzing campaign results and optimizing activities to achieve the best ROI
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting marketing results to management
• Identifying new trends and opportunities in performance marketing and introducing innovations into the marketing strategy
• Collaborating with the creative team and other departments of the company to ensure consistency in marketing efforts
