We are looking for a Performance Manager/Analyst to align the Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) Clinical Operations Performance Framework with the Global Clinical Operations Performance Framework for Interventional Studies. The role includes reviewing and organizing existing NIS performance dashboards and reports, identifying business needs, defining requirements, and developing a roadmap for integration. Additionally, the Performance Manager will oversee and manage data sources related to NIS performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Align the NIS Clinical Operations Performance Framework with the Global Clinical Operations Performance Framework.
• Review and organize current dashboards and reports associated with NIS performance.
• Determine specific business requirements for monitoring NIS performance.
• Define the requirements and create a roadmap to integrate NIS performance metrics.
• Identify and oversee data sources relevant to NIS performance metrics and reporting.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of clinical operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proven experience with Interventional Studies, ideally with expertise in NIS.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining performance metrics and dashboards.
