We’re looking for a Performance & Load Testing Master — someone who lives and breathes system efficiency, scalability, and reliability. You will be responsible for building a centralized Performance Engineering function — a new, strategic area designed to help over 600 engineers deliver faster, safer, and more reliable code. To make that happen, we’re looking for a technical leader who will design, implement, and own the foundations of performance testing framework across the company.

• 8+ years of proven experience in load and performance software testing
• Expert knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, K6, Gatling, BlazeMeter or custom-built solutions)
• Proven experience designing and building performance testing frameworks at scale (hundreds of engineers, complex CI/CD environments)
• Strong infrastructure and DevOps background, with deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud environments, and automation tooling
• Proven experience with API performance testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools
• Hands-on experience running performance tests in production, not just theory
• Solid scripting and programming skills, preferably in Python, JS or Java
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — you can explain complex technical trade-offs and rally teams around performance goals
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience automating performance testing in CI/CD pipelines (e.g. performance gates, automated trend reporting)
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
• Proven experience scaling frameworks and engineering standards across large organizations
• A background in development or QA engineering with strong infrastructure understanding
• Mentoring or team leadership experience — this role will influence and inspire others
