As a performance team, we work with a wide range of tested technologies—from websites and APIs, through ERP systems and video streaming, to IoT—delivering projects across various industries. We’re also proud to incorporate elements of artificial intelligence into our performance testing.
We are currently looking for a Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, coupled with a solid technical foundation and an analytical mindset. responsibilities :

Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests
Planning and implementing tests
Building a performance testing environment
Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner
Collecting results with the use of APM Tools
Building automated analysis mechanisms
Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis
Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
Proposing performance indicators
Performing root cause analysis of performance problems

requirements-expected :

At least 4 years of experience in performance testing
Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools
Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Java, or Python
Skills in the area of DevOps
Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN
Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure
Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
