About the project
You will join a large scale transformation project.
Contract type: B2B, 100–140 PLN/h
Start date: ASAP
End date: End of 2026
Working time: Full-time
Your responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute performance tests for distributed systems
- Build and maintain load and stress test scenarios using JMeter
- Analyse system performance, logs and SQL queries to identify bottlenecks
- Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure performance readiness during the migration
- Contribute to optimisation efforts on application and infrastructure levels
- Prepare reports and communicate performance findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with teams using Kubernetes, AWS RDS and observability tools
Our requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in performance engineering
- Strong scripting skills in Python or shell
- Experience in UI automation for performance testing
- Hands on experience with Jenkins pipelines and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL or Aurora)
- Proficient with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk
- Strong SQL skills and log analysis experience
- Solid understanding of CI/CD integration
- Very good English, at least B2
- Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
Optional
- Expertise in JMeter, Gatling or Locust is a plus
- Experience with performance engineering in microservice architectures
- Knowledge of Java based systems or migration processes
- Familiarity with distributed tracing tools
- Experience with large scale transformation projects
