• You will join a large scale transformation project.
• Contract type: B2B, 100–140 PLN/h
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: End of 2026
• Working time: Full-time

• Plan, design and execute performance tests for distributed systems
• Build and maintain load and stress test scenarios using JMeter
• Analyse system performance, logs and SQL queries to identify bottlenecks
• Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure performance readiness during the migration
• Contribute to optimisation efforts on application and infrastructure levels
• Prepare reports and communicate performance findings to stakeholders
• Work closely with teams using Kubernetes, AWS RDS and observability tools

• 4–7 years of experience in performance engineering
• Strong scripting skills in Python or shell
• Experience in UI automation for performance testing
• Hands on experience with Jenkins pipelines and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL or Aurora)
• Proficient with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk
• Strong SQL skills and log analysis experience
• Solid understanding of CI/CD integration
• Very good English, at least B2
• Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
