• 3+ years of experience in IT analysis in mid to large organizations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Service Management, and related concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow and PowerBI
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable in multicultural and international environments.
• Willingness to travel globally if necessary.
