Requirements

• Strong expertise in performance and load testing (design, development, execution)
• Experience in direct client communication:

  • Gathering and analyzing performance requirements

  • Presenting test results and demos
  • Delivering quick Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions
• Experience with test documentation (Test Strategy, Test Cases)
• Experience in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks for large and variable data sets
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• Java as a primary programming language
• Hands-on experience with load testing tools (Gatling preferred)
• Strong API testing skills (REST, SOAP)

Domain Experience

• Experience in finance, banking, insurance, healthcare
  or
• Experience with data-intensive systems and high-load projects
