For our client, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and processing HR-related documents in line with internal procedures
Providing partial support in selected HR processes
Managing incoming queries and requests via the ticketing system
Ensuring timely responses to employees and internal stakeholders in accordance with defined SLAs
Preparing and maintaining HR reports and documentation
Collaborating with the HR team to ensure efficient and compliant process execution
Requirements
University degree or ongoing studies (HR, Administration, or related fields preferred)
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role is an advantage
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work with various systems and tools; experience with ticketing systems is a plus
Proactive attitude and willingness to develop in HR operations
What we offer
Temporary contract for the first 3 months, with an extension option for an additional 12 months
Salary up to 6,500 PLN gross
