About The Role
As a CBRE People Services Specialist, you will join the Warsaw People Services Team – Lifecycle and be responsible for delivering HR service delivery to the EMEA – Poland business, supporting an employee population of over 30,000. Your purpose is to proactively deliver an exceptional HR service to the EMEA – Poland business, supporting the wider HR team, employees, and line managers.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all HR contract extension inquiries and manage the inquiry from contact to closure.
- Provide high‑quality answers to inquiries and requests made by employees, managers and HR BP within agreed SLAs using a case‑management system.
- Extend BSO and GIA employee contracts in line with the process and labor code.
- Ensure annex control and enter data into Enova and PSFT systems.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on benefits and share your experience and knowledge with other team members.
- Administer employee documents and provide induction for new joiners.
- Check invoices and input payroll details for benefits.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of Polish and English at native/advanced level.
- Experience in HR administration is welcomed.
- Excellent customer‑service skills and advanced Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with a core people system (PeopleSoft) and payroll systems is desirable.
- Experience working in a shared services environment using a case‑management tool is a plus.
- Master/bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and both individually and as part of a team.
