Our client is building a world‑class Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and is looking for a People Services Specialist with strong customer service experience to join the HR Helpdesk Team.

As a People Services Specialist, you will be part of the HR helpdesk team. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across Europe, handling inquiries, resolving requests, and making sure each case is managed quickly and accurately.

Your work will focus on providing professional support and ensuring a smooth service experience for all colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Employee Support & Case Handling
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries via email, phone or ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Provide guidance on topics such as onboarding, payroll queries, leave and benefits
• Record and track requests in the system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
• Deliver professional and friendly support to create a positive employee experience
• Update and maintain employee data in internal systems (SuccessFactors)
• Support administrative processes such as contract preparation and document updates
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely case resolution
• Escalate complex cases to the right specialists
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
• Contribute to building knowledge base content for employees

What You Bring

• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Experience in customer service, call center or service desk
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) or CRM tools is an advantage
• Experience in HR processes is nice to have, but not a must
