The Opportunity

As a People Operations Regional Team Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality HR services across EMEA. Your role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance and an excellent employee experience. You will manage a team of People Operations Advisors, act as an escalation point for complex cases, and collaborate with HR teams to embed governance standards. This leadership role helps design and implement our HR Services model, drive process improvements and use data to enhance service delivery.

Key Activities For This Role

  • Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations across the region, ensuring seamless execution of hire‑to‑retire processes.
  • Manage employee queries across multiple channels (chat, email, phone, ticketing system).
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Lead and develop a team of Advisors, managing workload and performance.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent standards and local compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to global governance and resolve deviations.
  • Support change management and training for new processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems for reporting and analytics.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Extensive experience in HR operations, ideally in a shared services or contact centre environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for a step‑up into leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law and data privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
  • Experience with case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Education

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • This is a permanent, full‑time position.
  • This position is based in Warsaw (Poland).
  • The role is based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland, with hybrid working. Some office presence is expected and flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
