The People Services Operations Advisor will be part of our global HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery. Your role is key to creating a positive employee experience and maintaining compliance with local labor laws and global standards.

You will work closely with HR partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and high‑quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. This position is critical for operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Key Activities for This Role
- Provide clear and accurate answers to HR queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Handle complex cases and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Help improve HR systems, policies, and self‑service tools.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Initial experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and labor law in the relevant country or region.
- Experience working within outsourced and in‑house HR service delivery models.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access) with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
Additional Information
- This is a permanent, full‑time position.
- This position is based in Warsaw (Poland).
- Hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
