PEOPLE PARTNER at Kitopi partners with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives. Helps to create a positive work environment where employees can thrive while supporting the organizations goals. Leads a small but POWERFUL support team in Poland, consisting of three members: Junior Talent Attraction Associate, Senior Payroll Accountant, and Office Assistant, and is the main point of contact for the Polish location for all HR and People-related matters.

What you will be doing?



  1. Talent Attraction
  2. Implementing and overseeing talent attraction processes
  3. Onboarding & Offboarding
  4. Conducting, managing and improving the processes to ensure seamless transitions and build positive experiences
  5. Professional development
  6. Develop and implement performance management processes, overlooking performance enablement, and performance improvement plan
  7. Support employee development initiatives, such as training and career planning
  8. Empower organizational leaders to handle people-related matters effectively
  9. Compensation and benefits plans
  10. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement to ensure that the business can attract and retain talent
  11. Using data to influence decisions – including contextual understanding of the business, the local and cultural issues relevant to the regions
  12. Compliance
  13. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying updated on relevant legislation
  14. Advising on HR policies and procedures, assisting in their development and implementation
  15. Collaboration with executive management
  16. Actively helping to shape the future of a company
  17. Driving change in an organisation - taking charge of the entire change management process and optimising it
  18. Employee relations
  19. Being a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, offering advice when needed to discuss concerns, brainstorm solutions, and navigate complex situations
  20. Employee engagement, Employee experience & wellbeing strategy
  21. Maintaining a positive work environment, strengthening company culture
  22. Promoting employee engagement through initiatives like surveys, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  23. Promoting positive employee relations, boosting morale, improving their experience and reduce turnover, giving them the support they need
  24. Wellbeing strategy (planning and coordinating events and activities according to the budget)
  25. Internal communication strategy
  26. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees and managers, ensuring clarity and transparency
  27. Line Management
  28. Inspiring and leading a small team (of 3 people), conducting 1-on-1s and performance review cycles, assisting with development planning, building relations, and supporting daily projects
  29. Budget management
  30. Co-creating and overseeing the local HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost efficiency.

What do we expect?

  1. Experience of working as an HR partner, HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar positions (2+ years)
  2. Practical experience in implementing processes in HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, benefits, employee development, engagement, etc.
  3. Practical knowledge of labor law, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to recommend effective solutions, and provide guidance
  4. A natural ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with individuals in managerial and executive roles
  5. Experience in working in a product company and tech industry
  6. Experience in leading a small team
  7. Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
  8. Ability to create and communicate the outcome of HR activities
  9. An advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written)
  10. Fluency in Polish
  11. The approach of not being afraid to get your hands dirty – we work as a team, we value and prioritize collaboration over titles
  12. Kindness and a willingness to help others, keen on interacting with people
