As People Partner you will enable Polpharma Group leaders to deliver business results through people by embedding talent, culture, and development solutions into everyday operations. The PP acts as the execution bridge, translating CoE-designed frameworks and initiatives into actionable strategies, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and high-quality employee experience.

The role:

Implements all talent management programs (learning, performance, succession, mobility, feedback) at the business level.

Operationalizes COE initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Leverages HR systems, analytics, and employee feedback to inform decisions and improvements.

Drives culture, engagement, and leadership behaviors in day-to-day business operations.

Your responsibilities:

1. Business Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as the trusted HR advisor to business leaders on talent, performance, and organizational matters.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, capability assessment, succession, and critical talent deployment.
  • Translate Organizational Effectiveness, Strategic Talent Management, and Corporate Learning Organization frameworks into actionable plans for the business unit.
  • Provide data-informed recommendations to leaders for talent decisions, retention, and performance management.

2. Implementation of CoE Solutions

  • Deploy talent, learning, performance, C&B, and culture programs designed by CoEs.
  • Co-create business-specific implementation strategies in collaboration with Strategic People Partners and leaders.
  • Ensure adoption, compliance, and measurable outcomes of all initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to CoEs on effectiveness, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

3. Talent Management & Performance Enablement

  • Support learning programs, leadership development, and career pathways in the business.
  • Ensure performance management, feedback culture, and coaching are implemented effectively.
  • Facilitate talent calibration and succession discussions with leaders.
  • Promote internal mobility, retention of critical talent, and skill development.

4. Culture, Engagement & Leadership Enablement

  • Embed Polpharma’s culture, values, and growth mindset in day-to-day operations.
  • Promote high engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration through leadership coaching and team enablement.
  • Partner with CLO to implement learning programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee engagement initiatives.

5. Data, HR Systems & Insights

  • Utilize HR systems (Workday) and analytics to track adoption, performance, mobility, and learning metrics.
  • Monitor key talent KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders and CoEs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by feeding business-level insights into CoE solution design.

6. Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Operate in problem-solving, agile ways with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions.
  • Lead workshops, sprints, and implementation sessions with CoEs, business leaders, and peers.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the Group.

Our requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business partnerships in HR, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in R&D in a pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Proven track record in deploying enterprise talent programs, learning solutions, performance management, and succession frameworks.
  • Experience in translating CoE frameworks into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, analytics, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Digital fluency with HR systems and people analytics.
