Responsibilities
- Building strong partnerships with managers and providing HR advisory for international branches
- Implementing and developing professional growth processes, performance reviews, and training programs
- Supporting organizational change management and conflict resolution
- Advising on labor law, benefits, and compensation
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and recommending actions to improve organizational effectiveness
- Initiating and managing HR projects and implementing modern HR tools and technologies
- Supporting recruitment processes at a strategic level
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an People Partner in the tech industry
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices in people management
- Experience with development initiatives, restructuring, and organizational change
- Ability to provide strategic HR advisory and build strong partnerships with leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and recommendations
- Familiarity with modern HR tools and IT systems supporting HR processes
- Proactivity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
