In close collaboration with HR Business Partner, manage the People Agenda including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, training & development, cost control, and HR administration. Coordination and co-execution of main HR cycles such as Performance evaluation, Talent review, Succession Planning, and Rewards. Serve as the Employee SPOC leading to employee self-service and executing projects & ad hoc HR activities.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • HR Administration: Ensure and perform relevant data changes in SAP/Success Factors such as internal moves and salary increases. Deliver other HR administration tasks according to internal or external requirements. Collaborate with HR Services, CoC, and CoS.
  • Performance, Training, Development & Talent Management: Support HRBP in the Performance and Talent Management Cycle through coordination and co-leading talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with guidelines. Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance, development, and/or improvement at all levels.
  • Talent Acquisition: Involvement in the recruitment process—ensure the expected candidate profile aligns with business needs, participate in interviews in justified cases, and support the recruiter in preparing the offer.
  • Rewards: Communicate and support local rewards programs; manage ad hoc compensation/bonus changes.
  • Employee Engagement: Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters Nestlé values, communication, and cooperation. Support a culture that is productive, open, empowering, safe, and equitable, and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.
  • Projects: Manage assigned projects as per plan with seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • University degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of HR generalist experience (or 3 years’ experience in another Nestlé Business or Function requiring stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills).
  • Advanced level of English and Polish.
  • Highest integrity and consistency; representing the Nestlé values and business principles.
  • Open-minded attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills to manage internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong technical skills: MS Office and web applications; SAP/SF experience will be an additional advantage.
  • Precise and detail-oriented, ensuring all documents are 100% accurate.
