Responsibilities
- Perform monthly People Core data audits to ensure data quality and compliance
- Monitor and update HR documentation when required
- Cooperate closely with country teams to support ongoing processes
- Manage employee data in local and global systems and meet Service Level Agreements
- Support HR analytics and reporting and contribute to process improvements
- Handle Time and Attendance corrections and maintain accurate employee records
Qualifications
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- First experience in HR will be a big advantage
- Very good knowledge of French, English, and Polish (min. B2)
- Responsible and proactive approach, with solid communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently
- Positive, can‑do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
- Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
