Junior People Operations Coordinator with foreign languages

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our WFA HR Operations team in Kraków. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for employee services processes and transactions based on the agreed service catalogue and SLAs, across Europe, with a focus on onboarding. You’ll help ensure smooth operations, provide excellent service to employees, and contribute to process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and is comfortable using their language skills to support multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes and other HR activities across European countries;
  • Act as a go‑to person for your area, sharing knowledge and helping teammates when needed;
  • Perform checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency;
  • Help resolve queries and elevate issues when necessary;
  • Contribute to improving processes and maintaining documentation;
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high‑quality service and meet performance goals;
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and an additional language (German, Romanian or Spanish preferred, but others are welcome);
  • Previous experience in HR Operations or a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
  • Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach;
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role and HR Function;
  • Team player with a hands‑on attitude;
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus;
  • Experience with quality checks or controls is helpful but not required.
