responsibilities :


  • Handle inquiries from employee and TPO colleagues and resolve issues via The People Office Support Center.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner via TPOSC (The People Office Support Center) against established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle high volumes of employee lifecycle transactions; you will ensure they are performed by following a pre-defined process and with data quality in mind (ex: preparation of employment documents in an efficient way, closing background checks).
  • Assist in the research, escalation, and resolution of operational issues related to Workday and other systems.
  • Propose solutions for process improvement and implement them within the area of expertise.
  • Apply your knowledge of different TPO systems and available tools within the MS package to propose and drive process automation.
  • Adapt to change easily, especially those related to the implementation of new TPO systems.
  • Cultivate networks across a variety of functions and locations with the organization by taking part in various projects.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent data entry, organizational and prioritization skills,
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and consistently follow up on tasks.
  • Excellent customer-service, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a back office and international environment (Global mindset).
  • Interest in technology and most recent technological developments in the TPO area
  • Very good written and spoken English (B2/C1)
