Successfully completed a degree or apprenticeship with a focus on HR/Personal development.
Experience in performance‑oriented people management, preferably in a global setting, with an ability to simplify complex situations and processes.
Minimum B2‑level English, C1‑level Polish, strong people‑management and leadership skills, coaching, learning, and facilitation expertise, communication and solution‑oriented mindset, and a conceptual working approach.
Well‑experienced in intercultural team settings, thrives in a high‑paced and changing environment, handles conflicts constructively, and is enthusiastic about contributing to an open, tolerant, and diverse corporate culture.
