As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the People Director for our Central & South Europe operations.
The People Director CSE MCO (Central & South Europe Multi Country Organisation) will be responsible for deploying a unified P&C local strategy that supports the company’s business objectives and the Global CoEs strategic initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and fosters a high-performance culture.
He/She will act as a trusted strategic P&C business partner to the Senior Business Leaders of the geography and will support them in designing innovative P&C approaches and be a Sanofi ambassador for the international region.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, knowledge of social relations, appetite for IA and innovation, and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and developing people.
About the Geography
Our MCO is comprised by 7 direct countries including Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania, Greece and Israel, and we have presence of both Pharma and Vaccines business operations, while at the same time we are hosting one of the biggest Global Business services centers and a growing manufacturing unit.
In our MCO, we are dedicated to ensuring all CSE patients have access to cutting-edge treatments by leveraging data and AI at scale, implementing effective go-to-market strategies, influencing pharmaceutical industry and EU agenda, and building a cohesive , diverse , and highly skilled community.
Main Responsibilities:
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10years of HR experience, with international exposure.
- Proven experience in leadership development, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, change management and Crisis management
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Management of a remote and diverse team.
