responsibilities :
Creating and implementing comprehensive data governance framework
Conducting data governance initiatives and ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all HR systems with governance policies and regulatory requirements
Identifying data quality issues and proposing solutions
Developing best practices to govern the flow of data (integrations, interfaces, bulk feeds)
Assisting in data audits and compliance reviews
Ensuring execution of data management processes (data collection, data storage and data analysis)
Cooperating with all the HR and HRIS departments, IT teams, GPOs and stakeholders
Monitoring trends and new technologies in data governance
Providing expertise in data governance matters
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of working experience in data governance, data management or a related role within an HR field
University Degree (Data Management, IT, HR or similar)
Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations
Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great project management skills
Familiarity with: MS Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Azure (or similar tools)
