,[Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with company objectives and industry best practices., Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR Data Dictionary to ensure consistent understanding and usage of data terminology and definitions across the organization., Lead data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR systems., Collaborate with Local HR, HR Operations, HR IT, and other stakeholders to identify data quality issues and implement effective solutions., Work with HRIS team, GPO, and other stakeholders to identify and implement best practices to govern the flow of data (integrations, interfaces, bulk feeds)., Manage data audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements., Ensure data retention laws and policies are adhered to, and leverage supporting technology., Oversee the design and execution of data management processes, including data collection, storage, and analysis., Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data governance and recommend improvements to existing processes., Act as the primary point of contact for data governance matters and provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders.
